Equine Assisted Learning

Equine-assisted learning (EAL) uses horses as partners to support personal growth, emotional awareness, leadership skills and teamwork. In a structured, facilitated setting, participants engage in ground-based activities with horses—such as leading, grooming and observing herd dynamics—to explore communication, boundaries, confidence and problem-solving. Horses mirror nonverbal cues and give honest feedback, helping participants gain insight, practise new behaviours and transfer learning to everyday relationships and work. Sessions are experiential, and led by certified facilitators who prioritize safety for both humans and horses.

  • Guided, structured activities tailored to the session’s objectives.

  • Reflection and debrief to translate observations into actionable personal or team insights.

  • Follow-up recommendations or next steps for continued growth.
